Chris brings more than three decades of experience working with nonprofit organizations as a board member and officer, chief executive and consultant. He was a senior communications executive at Aetna for most of his 15 year private sector career. Prior to joining Aetna, Chris had political appointments in the White House Office of Management & Budget (Carter Administration) and the White House Office of Telecommunications Policy (Nixon, Ford Administrations).

Lelanie is a recent graduate of the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College and the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University. Her academic, professional and volunteer experience working with youth in the educational field established her passion for excellence in Arizona's public education system. In her free time, Lelanie enjoys reading, cooking and exploring the sights of Arizona.

Pat brings more than three decades of experience in education, both in Arizona and Colorado. He has been a high school teacher, athletic and activities director, and principal—at all levels K-12—and a superintendent of schools in a rural community. Pat's fifteen years of administrative experience gives him unique insight into the challenges faced by teachers, principals and district leaders. In Pat's spare time, he enjoys reading and golfing.
